AI Image & Content Policy
Generated visuals are concept demonstrations. They are never presented as proof that a person used a product or achieved a measured wear result.
Effective July 10, 2026
Image rules
- Every generated hero is labeled near the image
- Prompts exclude celebrities, copied artwork, logos, and misleading before-and-after claims
- Skin texture and facial proportions remain natural
- The makeup must match the written color and placement recipe
- Generated images are not product reviews or evidence of wear time
Writing rules
AI may assist with structure or a first draft. Publication still requires human review for feasibility, internal consistency, unsupported claims, repetition, tone, links, and disclosures.
Reporting a mismatch
If a visualization appears inconsistent with its steps or anatomically implausible, email editorial@huesteps.com. Include the recipe URL and the area that needs review.
